No classes 7/19-7/26**

We’ll be taking a little break from holding classes to enjoy the summer. Please join us at Dig Buffalo for the aerial forums on 7/20 and 7/21.

**Dance trapeze will happen on 7/19, and will have a break on 8/2. Open gym for dance trapeze will be held 7/26 for $5, but no new instruction will be given.

Challenging and fun. The instructor took the time to help you and challenged you. Cant wait to do it again!

Had my first beginner’s class with Erica yesterday! I was worried that I’d feel weird as someone who’s *never* done aerial and barely any regular yoga, but Erica is great and will walk you through what you don’t understand. The others in the class were all really nice too. Just a supportive and fun environment overall, which is great for someone just getting started.
This was a great workout and a new challenge. The instructors were fabulous!
Took the Aerial Yoga class here last Saturday and loved it! The instructor was very kind and helpful — will definitely be back again!
I grew up on ballet and cirque du soleil. this takes me wayyy back…It is THE coolest!!!!
