Youth Aerial

We are currently offering Youth Silks at our Northtowns location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We offer youth classes in aerial silks and aerial hoop at our Southtowns location on Thursday evenings, and Sunday mornings.

Had my first beginner’s class with Erica yesterday! I was worried that I’d feel weird as someone who’s *never* done aerial and barely any regular yoga, but Erica is great and will walk you through what you don’t understand. The others in the class were all really nice too. Just a supportive and fun environment overall, which is great for someone just getting started.
It was so much fun! We’ll definitely be back again and again!
