Colleen

Colleen is our graceful and fearless Advanced Lyra Coach.

She has trained in lyra since 2017, and picked up lyra very quickly and naturally. She has performed at the studio several times, as well as performing at the Witches Ball, Old Falls Street, and Elmwood Avenue Festival for the Arts.

Had my first beginner’s class with Erica yesterday! I was worried that I’d feel weird as someone who’s *never* done aerial and barely any regular yoga, but Erica is great and will walk you through what you don’t understand. The others in the class were all really nice too. Just a supportive and fun environment overall, which is great for someone just getting started.
Challenging and fun. The instructor took the time to help you and challenged you. Cant wait to do it again!
