Aerial arts is a unique hobby to start at any age! Our intro classes are designed for newcomers to learn the basics at their own pace . There is so much to discover: new moves, new friends, and new experiences! Check out more below and get started with us:
None, no pull ups or splits required! Please let us know if you have any physical limitations so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Please wear fitness attire and keep skin free of lotions and oils as it will make it harder to grip the apparatus. Please do not wear jewelry specifically on hands and wrists as it can damage our equipment. Armpit and mid-drift coverage is typically recommended.
Come into the Seneca Ridge Plaza and you will see METTS Dance on the far left. Inside the dance studio follow the hallway to the right to the second door. You can place your shoes, jackets, and any bags in the black cubbies in the hallway.
Adult Intro Classes
Adult Intro to Aerial-Sundays at 11:15am & Saturdays at 10:00am
For anyone (16+) looking to get started in aerial! The ‘Adult intro to aerial’ class will let you explore all 3 of our main apparatus: aerial silks, hoop and trapeze. Come join us in Lockport weekend mornings and get ready to fly! This class takes place at our Lockport location.

Youth Intro Classes
Lockport Location-Sundays at 10:00am & Mondays at 7:00pm
NT Youth intro to silks is for students ages 8-15 to learn aerial silks. Open to anyone no perquisites! Held on Sunday mornings at 10:00am.
NT Youth all levels hoop is an open class to all skill levels including newcomers to aerial hoop! Held on Monday nights at 7:00pm.

West Seneca location- Sunday at 10:30am
Intro to circus is a class for students ages 8-15 to learn BOTH aerial silks and hoop! Class time is split between both apparatus so students can explore both.

Pricing for Intro Classes (Adult & Youth)
- $25 for ‘Single intro class’
- $60 for ‘Intro 4 class pass’
- $50 for ‘Buddy System’: you and a friend can try our intro classes together! One friend purchases ‘the buddy system’ class pass (which gives you 4 intro class passes) and you receive an email with a $10 discount code to share with a friend so they can get a deal on a ‘4 intro class pass’.
